I was a motivational speaker for the Utah School Nutrition Association conference at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy, Utah.
This event brought in over 400 school nutrition program directors, managers, supervisors and food preparation staff from across Utah.
Working in a school cafeteria is not an easy job. There is a lot of time and effort that goes into preparing each and every meal. The job starts at 5 AM as food preparation staff prepare for breakfast.
Safe and clean food preparation is always a priority. Every employee must wear a hair net and gloves.

line- up of guest speakers. The opening motivational speaker was Maureen Mulvaney, a popular speaker at school nutrition events.
I was really looking forward to being the closing funny motivational speaker for the Utah School Nutrition
