On October 24, 2015, I am a motivational speaker for the Health Records Association of British Columbia. The convention, taking place at the Hilton Vancouver Airport Hotel, will attract over 300 healthcare information management professionals.
Health information management professionals help collect and manage valuable health information. This information supports and contributes to the delivery and evaluation of patient care, financial planning, resource allocation, administration and support, confidentiality and more.
Over the last decade, many healthcare environments have been implementing electronic medical records into their operations. Ultimately, by having an electronic record, health professionals can keep better patient records and make more accurate diagnosis and follow up.
The theme of the event, Ode to Memory Lane, Celebrating 65 Years, will be a great celebration of where the industry and associtiation has come from!
I am excited to be the closing motivational speaker for the Health Records Association of British Columbia with the motivtional speech, How to Embrace change with Humor, Enthusiasm and Vigor.
