motivational speaker for Go Red for WomenFebruary is Heart Month, and I am a motivational speaker for several Go Red for Women Events throughout Texas and Nevada this month. Heart disease is the number one killer of women and the Go Red for Women events advocate for this cause.

From the other motivational guest speakers on the program I have taken away some great reminders of the importance of nutrition to stay healthy.

Last week in San Angelo, Texas, guest speaker Dr. Norma Cerna did an interactive motivational talk on the healthiest foods of all time. In her speech she quoted a great article in Time magazine, "The 31 Healthiest Foods of All Time" - information so important to us all that I want to share it.

These 31 Foods are:

The health nut motivational speaker gave a passionate description of the above foods and the value each has to the heart and overall health. Combined with exercise and proper sleep, this diet will keep us healthy and full of vitality.

When we don't eat properly, our energy become depleted.  We lose our commitment to many things. I very often see people plodding along disengaged because they lack the energy to maintain momentum.
