On October 24, 2012 I was a motivational keynote speaker for the Texas Association of Court Administrators Conference. The event took place at the Hilton Fort Worth, a historical landmark hotel that has been upgraded and refabricated many times over the years.
Over 240 delegates from across Texas attended the motivational speeches delivered by over 20 exceptional guest speakers specifically for the court administrators.
The audience was very warm and receptive and appreciated the opportunity to laugh.
Court administrators deal with a lot of stress daily. Their role is Primarily to manage the judges schedule. They interact with the public and attorneys about court schedules and details. Naturally, their day is wrapped up a lot of conflict as people tend to get a bit hot headed when they come face to face with the law.
My motivational speech was The Nerve to Serve.... Say Hello to Humor and Goodbye to Burnout! I also presented a two hour workshop called I Love My Job, It's the People I Can't Stand.
The other motivational keynote speaker was J. Rainosek & L. Cloud delivering motivational speeches about leading during Challenging times.
Other guest speakers for the court administrators presented motivational speeches ranging from the role of the court adminstrator, your professional attire, and How to give legal information without giving legal advice.
