On May 9, 2012, I am a Motivational Speaker for the Wisconsin Bankers Association, Women in Banking Conference. The conference will be held at the Chula Vista Resort & Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells.
The event will draw over 150 female bankers who work in all areas of the bank; from branch managers, cashiers, personal bankers and VP's of banking.
The balance of the audience will be cashier/ supervisors/ leaders of the bank. Their job entails balancing the til, overseeing tellers, and cross sell products and services. Like any leadership position, attracting and retaining professionals in low paying jobs is a challenge.
This audience is the front line leaders of the bank, and the eyes and the ears of the customer.
Customer service is critical as banks fight with credit unions to keep their customers. Leaders are always trying to provide the highest quality service given limited resources. Doing more with less is a daily struggle for these bankers.
I am the closing motivational speaker for the bankers conference, presenting the motivational speech, the Nerve to Serve... Say Hello to Humour & Goodbye to Burnout!
The other motivational speeches involve compelling topics like customer service, women's retirement, and communicating across generations.
The agenda is packed with motivational speakers, exceptional hands on customer training topics and of course, great food!
