On September 21, 2015, I am a motivational speaker for Essette Software Users Group Conference.
The conference held at the Marriot in Boulder, Colorado, will attract over 80 Essette software users. Most of the audience are in a healthcare leadership role and engaged in helping provide better patient care coordination.
The theme of the conference is Care Traffic Control: Navigating the Future.
From a patient stand point, navigating the complex healthcare system when you have health issues (like heart disease, diabetes, dementia & much more) can be challenging.
The software helps care coordinators assist patients to find the right tests and care given their healthcare and insurance options.
Essette is made up of some very fun, relatively young professionals. Their motto is to be proactive to their clients issues and concerns. Essette is dedicated to a business model that focuses on the integration of healthcare’s needs with technology, creative thought, and integrity.
The user friendly, highly customizeable platform is proven to be efficient and flexible to client needs.
Today's healthcare environment is always changing and leave many people uncertain about their care.
One of the main goals of the event is to brainstorm challenges with the current software to make improvements thats will enhance it's functionality for customers.
One of the fun elements Essette uses is LEGO® bricks to illustrate how their software templates can be snapped into place. These flexible modules are catered to client needs.
The other motivational speaker is Polly Letofsky, Author of 3MPH: The Adventures of One Woman's Walk Around the World.
I'll be doing the opening motivational speech, This Would Be Funny if it Wasn't Happening to Me! How to Embrace Change with Enthusiasm and Vigor.
