On January 7, 2016, I am speaking for the SHRM ( Society of Human Resources Managers) Jacksonville, chapter master speaker series. The organization is focused on Advancing and Serving the First Coast Workforce and it's members include HR professionals from the First Coast Area.
The Jacksonville SHRM chapter is over 650 members strong. The chapter works diligently to strengthen the HR profession and strengthen connections in the business community to grow and sustain a vibrant workforce.
I will be presenting the motivational speech, This Would be Funny if it Wasn't Happening to Me! How to Embrace Change with Humor, Enthusiasm and Vigor. Daily, HR professional have to cross great hurdles to keep up with regulations, compliance, employees challenges and more. We will together celebrate change as a dynamic force that brings teams together.
We will look at how teams either tend to fall apart in or pull together and become stronger when they are stretched by change. HR professionals are the glue that bonds an organization. Many times in their career professionals can feel overworked, lost or disillusioned, and they turn to the trusted HR professional to offer hope and guidance.
This event is designed to support and appreciate HR professionals to keep inspiring others.
I look forward to being a motivational speaker for the SHRM Jacksonville, Florida Master Speakers Series. The event includes lunch and takes place at the Sheraton, Jacksonville.
