You can train your brain to think positive. The study of neuroplasticity proves that the brain is pliable. A thought can change your brain. Trained, deliberate positive thinking can shape your future thoughts and alter your life.

Resilience builds when you take care of yourself and think positive.

Take care of yourself. Do enough things every day that rejuvenate your vitality to counteract daily stress.

  • Get enough sleep
  • Eat properly
  • Exercise
  • Drink Water

Research also shows being happy and thinking positive brings increased success.
Happiness creates success, success doesn't create happiness.

In most workplaces we are driven by the ethic that if you work hard, success and happiness will follow. In reality, success flows from happiness. The happier you are the more success and productivity will naturally follow.

Some treat happiness as a weakness, like we are not working hard enough if we are happy. In reality, it's the other way around. Some people also think that you shouldn't try to be happy, it should just radiate from you naturally.

As a motivational speaker I am a firm believer that you can take steps to create happiness. When all else fails, pretend to be happy and eventually you will catch up.
